These terms govern your access to and use of FDA Prior Notice Checker (https://fda-pn.shipcostlab.com), a free informational tool ("the Tool") operated by José Manuel Volante González.

Nature of the Tool

The Tool is free to use, requires no account, registration, or subscription, and processes your inputs entirely in your browser. It provides indicative determinations about FDA Prior Notice obligations (21 CFR Part 1 Subpart I) based on a versioned, operator-verified dataset.

No professional advice

Outputs are orientative. They do not constitute legal, customs, or regulatory advice and do not replace a licensed customs broker, FDA-compliance consultant, or counsel. Filing deadlines and scope determinations must be confirmed against the current regulation before submitting a Prior Notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Tool to violate any law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent security controls;
• scrape or republish the Tool's dataset at scale without attribution.

The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Regulations and datasets may become outdated; we may change, suspend, or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice.

Intellectual property
